Description

A border variety with green / red flowers on stems up to 25cm (9inches) Tall during April / May. They are scented and have wavy edged petals. They are grown in a cool position in the garden; somewhere that has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon is ideal. Border varieties are attractive to pollination insects. Found late 18th century growing in an old cottage garden in Ireland. Named after its owner, Mr. Osborne.
